Trainees can find information relevant to the Training Grant in the MBTG Google Drive. The drive is accessible by logging into the gmail account ucsdmbtg@gmail.com here. The password is emailed to all trainees, but if you need a reminder, feel free to contact kyw006@ucsd.edu.

Trainee Travel Guidelines

AWARD GUIDELINES:
- Only students appointed to the Training Grant are allotted these funds.
- Maximum travel award is $300.
- Reimbursement provided for registration, travel costs (i.e. airfare, mileage), and lodging.
- Submit the form as soon as possible before your travel, for tracking purposes.
- Unused funds will be lost if not used by June 30th of each year.

Students should coordinate with their PI’s Faculty Assistant on setting up the trip and/or arranging for reimbursement. The faculty assistant should then contact Kylea Wong (kyw006@ucsd.edu) for appropriate project chart strings.
